This game is so relaxing and fun! I never got a chance to play the original because I wasn’t born yet but I am so happy that I get a chance to play the sequel. C:

Back in February, I promised my four-year-old that if he was potty-trained by the time this game came out, I would buy it for him. He’s been potty-trained for nearly 7 weeks; patiently waiting for Pokémon Snap to be released. Can’t wait to see his reaction today when he sees it boot up on the switch 😊

Kinda sad that we lost some of these interactions. I loved the way they implemented the interactions in the first game. Being able to unite three magnemite to evolve into a magneton, throwing charmeleon in the pool of lava or the shellder on the slowpoke tail. Or even saving the jigglypuff from koffing so he could sing at the end of the stage. Such unique ways of evolving, giving another points of view with such personality. Even a pokemon getting mad at you for throwing a pester ball, finding out that a bulbasaur was in fact a ditto transformed. Not that I am disappointed with the game, in fact I already bought it but for sure I hope these interactions can be presented again in the future.

Well done John, this was a solid look. Definitely addressed my concerns about it being as short as the original. Looks pretty good graphics wise though.

Its a little bit of a shame that evolutions apparently aren’t in the game, but I guess in the grand scheme of the original game Pokemon hidden behind evolutions were a small handful of the 63 Pokemon available.
