What really got me were the destructive finishes. Something amazing about seeing a Kamehameha wave about 100 feet tall blowing an enemy away.

Bought the game, I personally love it and all the characters deal decent damage and are viable options for the story mode progression

Bought it day of release. The game’s really easy to get into and has a very high skill cap. It also looks really damn good (Max settings on PC), and all the interesting combos you can make yourself just add to the combat complexity. I’ve realized that the game is more about knowing when to do combos moreso than knowing how, since “autocombos” exist where you can simply mash 1 button and an entire combo is unleashed for you. Of course that never works in high level play but it just comes to show how easy the game is to pick up & it’s a serious blast for a bunch of friends looking to play an online fighter. Best part is that it really speaks to the DBZ fans cuz of all the awesome and hilarious references. I say try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m really bad at fighting games but this game feels amazing and is actually really engaging and makes me want to get better. Haven’t had any trouble getting online but I‘m on steam.

I love how faithful this game is. Every move a character uses is etheir rooted from the manga or the anime. You can tell how much the developers wanted this to be the best of the best in terms of dragonball. A very well done job
