The End of Super Smash Bros.

Thank you sakurai. I cannot say it enough. Smash was huge in my life. When ultimate got announced I feel that was the start of the fighters pass. Startin with Inkling. Then Ridley, King K. Rool, Incenaroar, Ken, Dark Samus, Chrom, Isabelle, and Simon and Richter. These characters weren’t in prior games. This is bonkers y’all! 20 years of smash

My first KH game was Chain of Memories on the GBA, so seeing him in Smash in his KH1/CoM outfit and fighting on a 2D plane is triggering all sorts of nostalgia

Honestly I think I could go without another smash game for years right now the man has blessed the world with ultimate and it is so good I don’t see myself being done with it for years to come

The end of smash ultimate is capped off with what started out as a PlayStation exclusive property. That handshake between Sora and Mario hits a lot of notes imo. Kinda shows what smash is really about and what it will be moving forward. Really excited to see what they have in store next, as long as they tone down the fire emblem representation. I think we’re good on them at this point. Please Nintendo 🙏

Zion and John, you guys are in for a treat with KH2. One of the best action-RPG combat systems ever developed (and a big reason why Sora has a counter attack - blocking and reacting are pivotal mechanics in that game) =D
