Skarner, Udyr and Nocturne are so overdue for reworks. Skarner to me has so much potential, I kinda imagine him as one as the Tomb King scorpions from Warhammer 2.

Just reread the September champion roadmap and the ruined skinline descriptions, and honestly I think what they meant by the Ruined King possessing minds is that one of his abilities, mostly likely his ultimate, will bring ruination onto an enemy.
