this feels like a misleadingly happy and colorful trailer hiding a really dark and messed up story, like why did that one guy turn into a satyr?

I honestly ended up buying this on eshop before the trailer even finished like literally within the hour of this being posted, I will try this game tonight

You know what would be more fun and worth my money? Going to a real arcade with actual good games to play.

Having watched a gameplay trailer here’s my explanation of the game. Pretty much you start out doing chores in a laundromat until you find a room filled with arcade games which you can both play and collect money from. From my understanding based on the gameplay trailer you make some sort of arcade with. Making money that you can use to buy new games to both play yourself and increase revenue.

This is exactly why weird wacky trailers for games like in the 80’s can’t exist now. People will just be like “what is this???” And “this explains nothing”. This doesn’t look like the most polished game (that’s a whole other thing on its own) but I love the era and vibe they went for with this. Reminds me of the really weird and sometimes off putting 80’s sometimes 90’s Nintendo commercials lol
