Sifu Review

Sifu is an excellent modern beat-'em-up with deep combat mechanics and a fascinating aging system.

Played through the first level to feel it out, thought it was pretty easy until I realized the age you gain does not reset after each level. The game demands mastery and near perfect execution which makes it super satisfying and rage inducing at the same time.

Bravo on this review. So much more of a deep dive into the combat mechanics than in other reviews (IGN and Skill Up).

Not only does it look like the Old boy scene in the hallway, it also looks like a tribute to old school beat em ups with the side scrolling perspective.
