I feel like the game Dusk is a spiritual successor to Blood. It gives out the same vibes in my opinion.

Hexen, Heretic, Blood and Lands of lore had sequels. Regarding remakes, I don’t know if there is room for Heretic, Hexen and Blood because there are free source ports enhancing the graphics, textures, sprites for those games. I still keep playing those games to this day thanks to custom maps, campaigns and mods.
