You forgot about Revolver Ocelot from Metal Gear Solid. I thought he was finally dealt with at the end of Metal Gear Solid 4. But then he was back again in MGS 5

I had two Uruks that couldn’t die in Mordor. One I chopped his head off 5 times and he kept coming back until I lost the save, the other was Kaka the destroyer. He survived three times.

In Shadows of War, I had an Orc Captain come back to life 5 times, FIVE TIMES, he looked like a medieval cyborg and could still talk
