Animal Crossing New Horizons: Crazy Redd & How to Spot His Fake Paintings

Redd sent me a fake in the mail today. I went online before I bought it, and one said the serene painting with the cat is fake. Turned out that I think it was for new leaf, and they changed it for NH. So I brought the one with the ferret. I went online again after Blathers told me it was fake, and it said the one I bought, the darker furred furred is fake, and the light furred one is real. I wasn’t happy because I thought for sure that it was the real deal. I think I’ll look at the real painting online from now on. Bummer! But at least I got the Nook Miles for it. But still, that snake fox!

because of redd and his sharpened pencil looking face i was forced to see a mona lisa with eyebrows and its vile image became engraved into my eyelids

I think there should be signs like Redd getting excited and try tell you a price "just for you". If its real, he will try to mark it up, refuse it, he will give it a new normal price.
