RTX 3060 Ti vs RTX 2080 Ti - Test in 10 Games l 4K l

Ive got a 3060 ti for 429€ a week ago. warrant, support, anything. a USED 2080 ti goes for roughly 799-899€ right now, out of the warrantwindow and if the used card you bought breaks in a week, no money back as well. Im happy with my 3060 ti. You can also see how both graphic cards work. In HZD the 2080 ti might give you slighly better fps (its not a damn ego shooter, so who cares anyway...) but the 2080 ti also needs WAY more Memory. While the 3060 ti is at 7600MB and didnt reached its limit, the 2080 ti uses 9500MB. Im not willing to pay an extra 400-500€ for 6 fps and an used card which i cant keep track at how its been handled by the preowner.

Almost makes me feel bad for the crazies who will buy a 3090, and then in a few years time, a 4000 series $400 card will be almost as fast. It shows that if you care about resale, never buy the very top of the graphics card hierarchy.

That’s actually insane, a $400 card matches a $1200 card. Just go’s to show how overpriced the 2080ti was
