Core i7 9700K vs Ryzen 7 3700X (SMT - OFF)

Think I have decided on the 3700X for me. Gaming is something I do on a small percentange compared to other everyday tasks and have recently gotten into video editing. The difference in FPS for me for gaming is not woth the more money the intel is and at the expense of other multithreaded tasks I will end up doing with my PC when not gaming.
