Ryzen 5 3500x vs i5 9400F vs Ryzen 5 3600 Test in 9 Games

In India ryzen 5 3600 costs 18000₹, ryzen 5 3500x costs 14000₹ and i5 10400f costs 13000₹. And i5 10400f completely outperforms ryzen 5 3500x and is very close to ryzen 5 3600. Well seems like ryzen is not gonna enjoy their triumph in the cpu market for long. Soon intel will take over again

Which people do you recommend more for gaming an i5 9400f mounted on a B365m Aorus Elite or an R5 3500x on an A520M DS3H? I want to put an rx 5700 xt on it and it would only be used for gaming nothing else, the price is basically the same between the two builds

the outer world 9400f was using 5000mb(high setting) vram and 3500x was using 4300mb(medium setting) vram.

It would be interesting to see the results from testing with X-Plane, Flight Simulator X and Prepar3D v. 4 running with photoreal scenery and Toposim Ultra Mesh . . . all these CPU and GPU reviews seem to use a similar suite of games, so a venture into a different genre would be appreciated.

R5 3500x is available for $120 on AliExpress but I wonder will it be a good choice over the R5 2600 as it has only 6 cores and games are getting more demanding each year.

To those who said 9400f is better, you do know that 9400f has no upgrade path except going for i7,while AM4 socket still got a generation to come, right?
