I like that there are options. If you want to play as you did in the past you can, but if you want 60hz you can. I usually have the US and Japan apps, but will consider the European one to practice my German.

Always wondered why there was a limitation imposed based on what region you live in. Hopefully they will find a way to use an improved, better hz refresh rate instead. 🤦‍♂️I remember hearing about the PlayStation mini also used the lower hz versions of games. But with digital emulation, should be able to tap into functionality, where there is no limitations on frame rate, audio, etc. Sigh

Every European needs to understand that as children we played Video Games on a vastly inferior format. 50hz v 60hz compromised the gameplay of many games aside from being 17% slower in general. If you ever feel like you want to revisit older games, play them on the American or Japanese version.

Something to keep in mind we’ve learned through emulating the Zelda titles, outside of the cutscenes the games natively run between 18-20FPS.
