The Order 1886 is a video game that will be exclusive to the Playstation 4 and is being developed by Ready at Dawn. The story centers around a fictional Order of Knights who protect mankind from supernatural threats in an alternate universe neo-victorian London. The industrial revolution has heralded an explosion of technological advancement which, due to the constant Half-Breed threat, was brought forward in the timeline significantly more than in real-world history.
The game is set to take place in an alternate universe in which the Industrial Revolution came about as an effort to win a centuries-old war against these inhuman enemies, among them the Lycans - a genetically distinct strain of bestial humans whom the populace have given the name of mythical beasts based on their appearance and shapeshifting powers. The game is rumored to include real-life historical figures, such as Nikol Tesla.

Thanks for this series Brad, I’ve long been interested in this game but heard the negative reviews so didn’t want to bother playing it myself. Enjoyed watching & it seems like a great game that wasn’t executed as well as it could have been. Very annoying that after watching you play through the whole game the last video had its audio removed due to copyright. YouTube out of pocket for that. 😤

I can see a sequel from this, and possibly a prequel as well... This story is far from over. And I believe the next game may take place in American. Look at history and you can find interesting facts like they believe that Jack the Ripper made it to America.

In my opinion this game should not end like that it leaves so many cliff hangers. The fate of the rebellion, the order, and the chancellor. They better make a second game to this and make it longer damn it. But I must admit that was a sad way to end the game in general yet oddly fulfilling in a way.
