I find it hilarious how you kept calling it Wolkenvogel, and must say for a non german, it was pretty good spelling. John is an awesome addition to an already great channel.

I buy amiibo’s if they’re of characters I like. Idc what the functionality is cause I hardly use amiibos to begin with. I get the frustration but I don’t think fast travel being behind an amiibo is a big deal. It’s not something anyone was demanding be added to the original game and there’s always a statue nearby in Skyward Sword anyway. Small luxuries like this have always been locked behind amiibo. Want to summon Fury Bowser? Better have the Bowser amiibo!

I love collecting whatever amiibos are appealing to me, just because i love how they look and having them as figures. But i REALLY wish they did more in actual games. Why the hell is fast travel behind a paywall?

I think what annoys me most about the amiibo functionality is that in order to use it you have to scan it every time, it looks like such a hassle. It at least reaffirms my decision not to get it
