What You Should Know About Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Tomogunchi

  • Tomogunchi are Call of Duty's bloodthirsty Tamagotchi pets. Here's how you get them, how to understand their emotional states, how to see them in-game, how to keep them happy, and how to hatch more. Modern Warfare is out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
In a surprising and unexpected development, Infinity Ward added Tamagotchi-style virtual pets to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Yes, really. In Modern Warfare, they're called Tomogunchi pets, and you can equip them to your watch to see their cute smiling faces while you murder enemies.
But how does it all work? GameSpot's Aaron Sampson breaks it all down in a video video. Check out the video above to find out how to buy one of the Tomogunchi pets and what you need to do to keep the little creature happy. In short, you're encouraged to keep playing … and playing well. If you keep losing, your pet can die, so stay frosty out there, soldiers.
Be sure to watch the full video above to find out everything you need to know about Tomogunchi pets. The Tomogunchi pets arrive in Modern Warfare ahead of the rumored battle royale mode, Warzone, which is reportedly set to launch later this month. Keep checking back with GameSpot for lots more on Modern Warfare in the time ahead.

The Tomagunchi emote "Interact" fills the slot at the bottom, you will need to select a different slot for the Check watch Emote wich is alot slower and easier to check he status than the one you mention in the video :)

So correction: you have to assign check watch on another spot in the wheel, the one on the bottom is there by default and reads "watch interact" and cant be replaced. you have to assign the gesture on another spot and you will be able to bring the watch up to your face

“While playing poorly will cause your pets health to decline.” SBMM: Oh yeah, it’s all coming together.

Imagine if this was free or at least a 1$ micro transaction. Activision would make soooo much more money off of it/the game.
