I would like to know if cybernetics will be optional in this game; it would be pretty cool if you could make a character who could win a brawl with a cyborg, but relies on the strength of his own muscle and/or mind, without a dependence on implants or augmentations.

The “cool” stat is so misunderstood. People think “cool” as in “woah that’s cool” but in reality it’s about keeping cool, as in level-headed and calm.

I think the “Cool” factor is more along the lines of how calm and collected you are in certain situations. “Keep your cool” kind of a thing makes more sense with the direction of the game itself.
