We've Played Metroid Dread - Is It Any Good?

To answer the question about Samus Returns having interactive "cut scenes" yes it was the same thing where it would look like a cut scene, while at the same time loading the boss full of missiles.

I wouldn’t say I’m a massive Metroid fan (didn’t realise the significance of Dread when it was announced), but I loved playing Prime 1 & 2 on the GameCube and have recently fallen in love with Metroidvania inspired games like Hollow Knight and Dead Cells. I am really hyped for this and so I can’t imagine the hype people are feeling for this after so many years of waiting, lost hope reignited and coming to fruition next week!
